Certification Organizations and Laboratories for Parts of Motor-driven Vehicle
Announcement No.33,2005 by State Certification and Accreditation Administration
According to “Regulations of Certification and Accreditation” and Director General Order No. 65 of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, in accordance with Announcement No. 26, 2005 by State Certification and Accreditation, upon the evaluation of specialist committee and the proposal from related State Council departments, it was decided to authorize the certification organizations to be in charge of Compulsory Certification works and inspection laboratories to be in charge of inspection works for parts of motor-driven vehicle.
If there are some dissidence about designated decision, the application organizations and related interest group can raise written complaint and appeal to State Certification and Accreditation Administration in 15 working days since the date when the name list of authorized organizations was announced.
