Washing power is very popular for consumer for its ease using, time saving and remove stain more effectively. Washing power is divided into normal washing power and concentrated washing power, or phosphorous and non-phosphorous also. The yield of washing power is increase gradually in recent years, the gross yield of national main washing power enterprises was up to 2.7 million ton in 2004 according to incomplete statistics。
To make further improvement on product quality, assert consumers legal right, AQSIQ made a national supervision sampling inspection for the quality of washing power product. 68 products from 51 enterprises of 22 provinces, cities, municipalities were inspected, 65 past, the sample pass rate is 95.6%.(22 provinces, cities, municipalities: Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanghai, Anhui, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Shandong, Shanxi, Shanxi, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Yunnan)
The main quality problems of this inspection are as following:
1 Detersive power ratio failed to meet standard. Detersive power ratio is key target in measuring detersive power. There were 2 kinds product failed to meet standard.
2 Content of free alkalinity was over standard. National standard of free alkalinity content is the content of NaOH≤10.5%. There was 1 kind product failed to meet standard, the main cause of free alkalinity content over standard is enterprise increase content of alkali to enhance detersive power of washing power. But the content of free alkalinity will be too high to harm clothing.
For the problems reflected in this inspection, local quality technology supervision departments should increase propaganda of the well-quality products in this sampling inspection to guild consumers, in accordance with the laws and regulations strictly; And ask unqualified enterprises to correct and reform within a definite time and put strict re-inspect on them. Meanwhile, supervise and urge the enterprises to implement product standard seriously, ensure to enhance whole quality level in washing power industry, and make a trustable and satisfied consume environment for the customer.
